We have expertise in dealing with criminal charges. We pride ourselves in providing the correct legal advice when you need it most. We provide advice in the police station to persons suspected of committing criminal offences, and representation in the criminal courts. We've amassed a wealth of experience dealing with the most serious cases. Our 24hr emergency service for people in police custody is absolutely free of charge. Legal Aid is available to anyone questioned by the police about their suspected involvement in a criminal offence, regardless of their financial status. You'll be attended by a fully qualified Criminal Law solicitor.

General Practice.

Jarlath Fields Solicitors operate a general practice and are keen to advise their clients on any legal matter including legal queries regarding property disputes, family law, debt recovery, product liability and judicial review. Our ethos at Jarlath Fields Solicitors is entirely client driven. Personal Injury.

If you have been injured in an accident that you believe is not your fault you may be entitled to compensation. All initial enquires are free of charge. In most cases you won’t ever have to pay a fee as these are paid by the other side. We aim to bring your case to a conclusion as quickly as possible whilst ensuring that you receive the maximum compensation possible.

Family Law.

At Jarlath Fields Solicitors we appreciate that dealing with domestic abuse, matrimonial breakdown or issues affecting contact with your children can be very traumatic. We provide a free Family Law Clinic every Thursday afternoon where you can be seen by a qualified solicitor who will provide you with initial free advice no matter what your circumstances are.
